Fabian Hoffner represents Minnesota Realtors and Real Estate Brokers before the Commerce Department.

While the vast majority of Minnesota Realtors (also known as Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Agents) are competent and caring individuals who act on behalf according to the standard on behalf of their clients, violations of the Minnesota Real Estate Brokers and Agents Act (Mn Stat Ch. 82) do happen. The Minnesota Commerce Department, through its statutory authority specified in the Minnesota Statute, Chapter 82, is responsible for reviewing and acting on complaints in order to fulfill their mission to protect the public. If the after a thorough investigation, the Minnesota Commerce Department determines there is sufficient basis that the Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Agent (Realtor) violated the act or regulations, the Minnesota Department of Commerce may take disciplinary action on the Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Agent’s (Realtor) license. Currently, the annual rate of discipline on a Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Agent (Realtor) license is less than one percent.

If you are one of those Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Agents (Realtor) who have been contacted by the Minnesota Commerce Department, Fabian Hoffner, of The Hoffner Firm can help.
